  • I'm unhappy with my order, what next?"
    If you are unhappy with your order please use the contact us form to let us know why you are unhappy and we will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
  • You don't have the product I wish to order?
    Please use the contact us form to let us know what you are trying to buy and we will contact you to let you know if we can help.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We currently only deliver to properties with a postcode in the Harrogate District.
  • Covid 19
    We will deliver your products, the driver will ring the bell and leave the items by the door. There will be no signature required for a delivery. If there is no answer they will leave the products by the door. If you would like the order leaving in a safe place please add a note at the check out.
  • Can I redeem my gift voucher online?
    Unfortunatley gift vouchers are not currently redeemable online. To redeem a gift voucher it must be presented to a member of staff at time of purchase at the nursery shop on Nursery Lane East, Harrogate.
